Command Performance Catering

We worked with Manuel and the CP Team to cater my Mom's Celebration of Life in early February 2024. The CP Team had a wide and vast menu of salads, sandwiches, and desserts for this event, where we estimated about 50-60 people were there.

CP is the official caterer of my church, Padre Serra Parish, and they are aware of all of the rules, regulations, and respect our parish. The food was delicious; the staff was professional, courteous, and thorough, and they decorated amazingly, for the memorial lunch.

My nephew got married last weekend at Hartleys, and I was beyond impressed with the food, bar, and elegant touches Command Performance Catering created. With over 100 people at an elegant sit down dinner every dish they made was spectacular. Highly recommend!

When it comes to service and quality, the Command Performance team at Eden Gardens is simply unmatched. Jesus and his team went above and beyond to ensure our big day went flawlessly, and their flexibility throughout the entire process was exceptional. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the outstanding service and delectable food at our wedding, with the beef short rib and white cheddar mac and cheese stealing the spotlight.

The Command Performance team operates like a well-oiled machine, and their extensive experience truly shone through on our busy wedding day. Despite the usual notion that the bride and groom rarely get to eat, we were pleasantly surprised to have a personal server who ensured we enjoyed both appetizers, signature drinks, and dinner plates. The bartending team worked swiftly to serve our guests, ensuring no long lines, a concern we had with our 150 guests.

Jesus skillfully kept his team ahead of schedule at every turn, contributing to the transformation of our big day into one of the most enchanting experiences for both us and our guests. The level of professionalism and dedication displayed by the Command Performance team was truly remarkable.

Without hesitation, we highly recommend Command Performance at Eden Gardens for any special event. Their commitment to excellence and their ability to create magical moments are unparalleled.

Pablo and his team executed perfectly exactly what we had planned for our wedding. We were a little unsure about doing an Indian menu with an all-purpose catering company deep in the valley but the tasting appointment completely set our unfounded concerns to rest - the food was on point and Pablo was super attentive and helpful as we went through the food and rentals. It was sometimes a little hard going back and forth via email, but the event itself was so good that tons of guests praised the food at our wedding specifically.

We also went with their partner company, Brick and Brass, for bar catering. We had some pretty specific requests and details for the team to deliver on - totally made up specialty menu drinks, mix and match hard alcohol from their standard packages, etc. Again - the team knocked it out of the park, and the bartenders who worked our wedding that night were very sweet.

We worked with Pablo and CPC through Hartley Botanica. The food was incredible. We got married on 11/11 and the guests are still talking about our appetizers and dinner. Everything was so tasty which is what I always worried about with wedding food. What we really loved was how easy it was because it's a one stop shop. The attention to detail really made things great. The buffet was laid out beautifully. They provide a refreshment table for guests before the ceremony and the big hit was the coffee station at the reception! The guests LOVED that the coffee was available from the start of the reception and that they provided cookies! We got our rentals from them as well and the whole reception looked perfect. Very very happy with their service!

Awful. Manny does whatever he wants, thinks he knows everything, and lies straight to your face. The bartenders drank our alcohol and were throwing up on site in front of our guests. Terrible. If I never use Command Performance again, I'd be happy.

The food was amazing! Everything was on point and my wedding guests couldn't stop talking about it. Aside from that, the service was top tier from the Catering Manager to the bartender and waitstaff.

Communication leading up to the event was very open. The catering manager Manuel never left me feeling like things weren't clear. Not only that, he was very flexible and accommodating to our needs/wants.

If your venue has Command Performance as their caterer or preferred caterer, you will be sure to have great food and service. And if you have the option to choose your own, definitely choose Command Performance! Thank you guys for being part of our beautiful night!

Think twice before booking their services! We had our wedding cancelled due to Covid restrictions and these people stole our $1000 deposit and refuse to have any reasonable conversation on how we can get it back. They keep pointing us back to our wedding venue, while the wedding venue keeps pointing us back at Command Performance Catering. To say we have been getting the runaround is an understatement.

The wedding venue (Hartley Botanica) has already been ordered by a judge to refund all deposits, due to impossibly of performance, which they reluctantly are refunding.

We had absolutely no services rendered by Command Performance - no tastings or prep was done. They refuse to even give us the amount we paid in food, which we thought was a reasonable request. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone! Very unprofessional and no empathy for us! We are just another customer that they can check off the list.

We just had our Christmas party at M on high street and it was catered by Command catering. First I can't say enough about Ryan and his team mates. I was so impressed by how they took care of us.

The food was excellent and I was very impressed. M restaurant is a wonderful place to have a holiday party. A big shout out to Sam the bartender.

Command performance catered our wedding in September, and all of our guests absolutely loved the food and cocktails. Joe was great with planning everything and answering all of our questions. We were very happy with the results and all the staff the day of. We still get messages from guests about how to make Joe's Eastside cocktail. Thank you!!
