These ladies are awesome! I love the RN here- she is amazing!!! They do everything from botox, to lips fillers to facials. I have never had my lips done before, and I only wanted to try a small amount. After some filler, I now have full but still very natural shaped lips. Def recommend Etc Medical Spa if you live in Simi Valley.

I used to be a client here many years ago for weight loss services.
I went in last week to reestablish myself as a client for other services that they now offer. The front office staff treated me like a VIP and Robin was awesome! I am so glad they are still around and looking forward to scheduling more services in the near future. So happy to be back. Highly recommended.

I only wish I could give 10 stars to the team at this clinic. Shaylin always greets me with a warm smile. Andrea is the best nurse. She is very knowledgeable about all the services this clinic offers from weight loss to cosmetic procedures. She has an artistic eye and I trust her completely. Karen is also really terrific and offers great advice and is very knowledgeable. These ladies are very professional, warm hearted and I'm very grateful to all of them.

The absolute Best RNs, PAs, Licensed Estheticians with first hand experience and most advanced procedures, products and medication. They bring us the latest and greatest and help to keep us healthy and beautiful. I trust them implicitly! Did I mention that the facility is stunning?

WOW is all I have to say!! I stopped by Etcetera medical for some products and I loved everything about this place! I was welcomed by Melanie as soon as I walked in. May not be a perk to some but I won't give my business to an establishment if they can't have common courtesy and acknowledge a customer. I don't care if that customer is me or not. Customer service seems to have gone out the window now, Most places hire people who just sit there talking about their personal life as people are waiting. NOT THIS PLACE. So that's a plus right there! Melanie was very knowledgeable as I was interested in their weight program. Adios quarantine lbs and love handles. She set me up to see Amie whom I adore!! I had a great experience at etcetera medical. The Saturday staff took really good care of me and I had micro needling done by Melanie. She walked me through the entire process and made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering micro needling. I've already started seeing results after my first session.

Etc is the best kept secret in Simi Valley!!! Not overpriced, and amazing staff. Always a great experience. Never any pressure to sell more than I came for. So glad they are here!!!
